Terms & Conditions

VETPRINT provides specialized printing solutions for veterinary professionals, clinics, hospitals, animal health companies, pharmacies, distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, and other businesses within the veterinary and animal health sector. Our services may include standard printed products, custom printing, branded materials, packaging, promotional materials, and related design or production services.

Prices displayed or discussed before a formal quotation should not be considered final unless clearly stated otherwise. Each quotation may depend on factors including: • Product type • Quantity • Size • Material or paper • Printing specifications • Finishing • Artwork requirements • Delivery requirements • Custom production needs A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Changes to specifications after quotation approval may result in revised pricing or production timelines.

An order is considered confirmed once the required specifications, artwork, approvals, and any applicable payment requirements have been completed. VETPRINT may request additional information before beginning production. Production timelines begin only after all necessary information and approvals have been received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, logos, images, text, and other files are accurate and suitable for production. Where necessary, VETPRINT may review submitted files and notify the customer of obvious technical issues. However, customers remain responsible for final content, spelling, contact information, dimensions, design elements, and other submitted details. VETPRINT is not responsible for errors contained in artwork that has been supplied or approved by the customer.

For projects requiring approval, VETPRINT may provide a digital or physical proof before production. Once the customer approves a proof, the project may proceed to production. Approval confirms acceptance of the displayed: • Text and spelling • Layout • Size • Design • Contact details • General appearance Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays.

Colors displayed on phones, monitors, or other digital screens may differ from printed colors. Differences can occur because of: • Screen calibration • RGB to CMYK conversion • Paper or material type • Printing process • Finishing • Lighting conditions • Normal production variation Reasonable color and finishing variations are considered part of normal printing production and are not automatically considered defects.

Many VETPRINT products are made or printed specifically according to customer requirements. Because of their customized nature, confirmed custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, except where the final product has a verified production defect attributable to VETPRINT.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Requests made before production begins may be possible depending on the project. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible, and costs already incurred may remain payable.

Payment requirements, payment stages, deposits, and remaining balances will be communicated through the relevant quotation, invoice, or order confirmation. Production may be dependent on receipt of any required payment or deposit.

Production times provided by VETPRINT are estimates unless explicitly confirmed otherwise. Timelines may vary depending on: • Product specifications • Quantity • Material availability • Custom finishing • Artwork approval • Production workload • Circumstances outside our reasonable control We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when they occur.

Delivery times are separate from production times unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. VETPRINT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, delivery providers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any visible damage or issue with a delivered package should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

If you believe there is a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact VETPRINT and provide relevant details and photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances. Where VETPRINT confirms a production defect for which we are responsible, a reasonable remedy may include reprinting, replacement, correction, or another mutually appropriate solution.

Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use any logos, artwork, images, trademarks, text, or other content they provide to VETPRINT. By submitting materials for production, you confirm that their use does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or organization. VETPRINT may refuse to produce materials that appear unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

The VETPRINT name, branding, website design, graphics, original content, visual materials, and other proprietary assets remain the property of VETPRINT unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, availability, specifications, images, and other website content may occasionally change or contain errors. We reserve the right to correct or update information where necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VETPRINT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Personal information submitted through our website or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use third-party providers for services such as hosting, communication, payment processing, or delivery. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

VETPRINT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian law and the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
